Hello, my name is Sharon Bolden, LCPC. I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy. I goal is to assist you towards resolving, reducing, or understanding your presenting issue. I utilize a mindfulness, motivating approach in my therapy sessions. The use of cognitive-behavior techniques and solution-based therapy. Motivating an individual towards their making changes is important to me.
I primarily work with individuals over the age of 18, who present with conditions such as depression, anxiety, gambling, life changes, self-esteem, and substance use disorders.
