In my practice, I provide services for adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transition challenges or trauma. I work with those who experience sensory processing sensitivity also known as HSPs (Highly Sensitive Persons) In addition, I serve transgender and non-binary individuals and write surgery letters.
I believe it is important to express to each client unconditional positive regard through empathy and active listening. It is essential that clients feel heard and understood in order to heal. This is especially important for those who experience who are HSPs or transgender.
