I am fully trained and experienced in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) - two gold standard, evidence-based therapeutic modalities for treating trauma and other mental health issues. I firmly believe in EMDR and its effects on emotional healing. I also believe strongly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect your well-being so you can change them to improve your life.

I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, self-harm, body image, mood dysregulation, unhealthy coping skills, adult ADHD, trauma, grief, life transitions, divorce recovery, and other adverse life experiences.

I provide individual counseling for teens and adults. I am a LGBTQIA+ friendly counselor and can provide faith-based counseling upon request. As a supervisor, I will help you grow and develop your clinical skills to your maximum potential, with emphasis on ethical responsibilities and client well-being.
