All of us want to live with peace and stability both internally and externally, especially in our relationships. Many of us have bought into the false idea that the "right" external circumstances are key to this and waste a lot of resources chasing this seductive idea. I can help you learn to trust, accept, and understand yourself which then allows you to belong to others and the world in a healthy, generous, and more peaceful way. Intimate relationships are precious but also challenge us, I wish to help make them less of a struggle and more connected in all aspects of relationships, including sexually.
I am constantly trying to find the balance between truth and grace. I have seen that at the heart of what many are facing, is the unwillingness to accept who we are and where we're at, afraid this will mean giving ourselves permission to just give up. The fact is that when we are able to take an honest look at who we really are, the path to change opens up.
I've found that most people have been coping a long time with abuse, trauma, neglect, etc., by ignoring pain and hoping it will go away on its own.
