Counseling can offer an understanding of the behaviors, beliefs and emotions that fuel our daily interactions with families and other people. Therapy is a process. My job is to facilitate you through possible change options. It is my goal to work with you closely during therapy to aid in clarifying your goals for treatment, explore patterns and choices of communication, relationships, life style and foster development of beneficial coping strategies with commitment on both parts during therapy. The main goal is to explore patterns of behavior, thoughts, and actions to foster positive change and personal growth.
I provide help for adolescents, adults, and seniors of all racial ethnicities who are experiencing a variety of different issues. I focus on depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, loss, grief, abuse, and legal issues. The main therapies I focus on are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy and Spiritual Cognitive Therapy.
I have over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and counselor. I work with individuals who speak English and Persian. I provide home visits, advocacy, referral and consultation. I will do my best to work around your budget and provide you with low cost therapy.

Each group is involved with Persian and English speaking women who need to socialize with others in a relaxing and peaceful setting. Women share their feelings and learn how to deal with trauma, grief, depression and loss. This group learns educational topics related to women's issues. Entertainment and refreshments are provided by the group. A translator is available for the audience. All ages are welcome.
