Hello! I would like to offer to you a personal, private space to discuss any issues or problems that are concerning you. It is important to me that you feel very comfortable while having a session discussing your personal life. My office is cozy and quiet in a moderately sized, renovated Mt. Pleasant office building very close to the Ravenel Bridge. This makes very easy access to my location. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1988 and my experience in counseling spans thirty-five years. My focus is working with adults on an individual basis.
In my current practice, I work with those who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and loss or situational difficulties. I work in tandem with psychologists and psychiatrists as well as general practitioners if their is a need for those services in addition to general counseling. I am not accepting couples currently.
My goal is to offer compassion, empathy and support to any individual who comes to my office for assistance with any concerns. I am kind and caring and yet I am very capable to address difficult problems directly. I believe it is important to get a client in quickly and then work effectively together to promote understanding and create rapid resolutions.
