I bring over 18 years of experience as a therapist and over 24 years of social service experience altogether. I have worked in various settings from inpatient settings to outpatient counseling as well as individualized and couples therapy in my private practice setting. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT
