About
I am accepting new clients. My approach is creating a space for you to feel seen, heard and to help you reconnect with your preferred self. Together we'll work through mind barriers and emotional blockages hindering your goals, life purpose and standards. I use various clinical approaches such as Psychoeducation, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Family Systems and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to support clients in achieving their goals, discovering their strength, finding inner peace and actualizing their potential.
I've worked in the mental health field for over 6 years. I've treated a variety of patients, the most common presenting problems might include: adults/teens battling negative self perception, abandonment wounds, attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, phase of life confusion, adoption trauma, environmental stressors, women’s issues and post-traumatic grief.
Thinking about starting? If you’re looking to be heard and are motivated to make positive and sustainable changes, let’s start today!
