I am very interested in all that has been gained in the area of brain research in the last decade and the new ways we have of approaching those troublesome unconscious patterns that drive us. The brain is not hardwired as was once believed. Each person has huge untapped potential in reservoirs of which they are simply unaware. A situation that seems impossible can be infused with new creativity and that produces a very different type of response. Even telling the story is healing - a relief in itself.
My job then is to help you with motivation and resistance so you can discover, expose, and explore these domains of human creative spirit that reside within you. To discover yourself, so to speak. In essence, I am a listener, a support, a mentor, a coach, and a guide. Whatever it takes.
When a person learns to love self and others unconditionally, growth and evolution can appear sometimes in very meaningful and unexpected ways. Teaching clients to expect the best for the themselves and to avoid all levels of sabotage is something I consider very relevant in my practice!
