Perhaps they want to work on their addiction - the thing they use to numb the painful experiences. Their relationships are suffering as a result of their behaviors, being closed off, or "too much" for others. Many struggle with feelings of inadequacy, perfectionism and a deep sense of futility, which prevents them from taking charge of their lives and confidently pursuing their heart's desire.

Clients stay with me because I have many years of experience and offer humor, safety, and straight talk to help them experience growth, insight, and self-love. I offer expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Neuro-Affective Relational therapy, and Internal Family Systems. However, I meet people where they are and tailor the treatment to meet their needs.

I work with clients who are struggling with emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, and feeling stuck in their life choices. We'll start with individual therapy and if skills group is necessary, the client will attend skills training as well. In session we'll address YOUR goals and desires and work toward that, often addressing developmental trauma along with self-regulation.
