I work with individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, or trauma. I also work with people who are neurodiverse, including Autism and ADHD. I can provide affirming care to LGBTQ+ communities. My focus is on helping clients to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience in daily life.
