I work with couples, families, and individuals using the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—a proven, research-based approach for those seeking emotional connection and fulfillment in their relationships. Through EFT, we will explore the patterns that lead to disconnection and develop tools to foster understanding, trust, and closeness.

I also work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenging life transitions, debilitating anxiety, difficult circumstances, or chronic medical conditions.
