I work with clients in Orlando, throughout Central Florida, and across the state via secure Telehealth sessions.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each age and need. These include Play Therapy, CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy. With younger children, I use therapeutic play to help them process emotions and build healthy coping skills in a in a developmentally appropriate way.
