2022 was a long, hard year for most of us. Maybe you experienced grief, loss, disappointment, failure, anxiety and some depression. Just know that you are not alone. As your therapist, I will support you to heal from past hurt and disappointment, while also supporting you to create goals and action steps for your future. 2023 is the year of you, it's time to live beyond your comfort zone and begin to live out loud. You are more ready than you realize.
Some of my focus areas include trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship coaching. Currently, I only accept self-pay and United Health insurance.
