Fear tends to lead to an inability to act. Because of this, my goal is to take the frightening out of therapy, utilizing empowering strategies to help individuals become the very best they can be. I enjoy working with both teens and adults, and my professional experience includes assisting through traumas such as surviving sexual and/or physical abuse, survivors of human trafficking, and also with individuals with anxiety and depression and mood disorders. I have had several years of professional experience with DID integration, and understand the pain and frustration of being misunderstood.
As a mental health professional, my goal is to assist in living a more productive and happy life by enabling clients to learn successful coping strategies. Being certified in EMDR therapy, I know the amazing results it provides in helping one heal, and look forward to assisting you in feeling whole again.
If you are interested in living a happier-more productive life, I am available on Mon-Thurs 7am-6pm, and am currently accepting new clients. I do accept Wisconsin Medical Assistance, and many other insurances.
