Sharie Rose Stines, PsyD, CATC-V, PCCI in La Mirada
Is it time to reclaim your life? I would love to help you on your journey of personal recovery.. Do you struggle with hurts caused by interpersonal emotional abuse, including narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, addictions, and other traumatizing interactions? I specialize in helping people who struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, and ongoing relationship issues. Healing from toxic relationship trauma can be much easier to accomplish with professional assistance. I would love to partner with you to help you overcome hurts resulting from abuse, involvement with personality disordered individuals or addicts, codependency issues, and attachment trauma.
My therapeutic orientation is attachment based, utilizing schema therapy and neuro-psychology. My approach is direct and empathic. I use the context of the therapeutic relationship to provide healing by offering a "corrective emotional experience" to my clients. I also specialize in parenting and substance abuse counseling.
If you feel trapped and hopeless because of an interpersonal relationship or addiction problem; or if you deal with a childhood abuse or mental illness, I would love to come alongside you and help empower you to find hope, encouragement, and solutions for your challenges.
