Healing from toxic relationship trauma can be much easier to accomplish with professional assistance. I would love to partner with you to help you overcome hurts resulting from toxic relationships.
My therapeutic orientation is attachment based, utilizing EMDR therapy and "parts of self" and "inner child" work. My approach is direct and empathic. I use the context of the therapeutic relationship to provide healing by offering a "corrective emotional experience" to my clients. I treat narcissistic abuse, toxic relationship abuse, substance abuse, etc.

Men's or Women's Batterer Intervention Program
This class satisfies California Court-Ordered Domestic Violence Perpetrators' Program requirements. Currently, class meets on Zoom because of Covid 19 concerns. Men's class meets on Tuesday Nights from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Women's class currently meets from 8:00 am to 10:00 am Thursday mornings. Schedule subject to change.
