I have over 30 years in the mental and behavioral health field. I have a wide variety of age groups, issues and diagnosis.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was working with a client who had severe trauma and was hesitant to trust me, through patience and consistent support I built a relationship that allowed trust and they were able to open up to me. This experience helped deepen my understanding of trauma informed care and empanthy for all.
During my time as a mental health provider, I worked with many issues providing counseling. I successfully helped clients in their pursuit off wellness and healing.
