My style is collaborative and affirming. As a social justice-oriented therapist, I use an anti-oppressive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed lens. I incorporate solution-focused, affirmations-based, cognitive behavior therapy, and more depending on the client's needs. Sessions with me are a judgment-free zone.
