I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Birmingham, AL. I take an integrative and person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. I primarily work with young adults and adults—both men and women—helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and resilience. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to support clients in managing distress, improving emotional regulation, and fostering personal growth.
