As a professional counselor, I understand that life can be full of challenges, transitions, and unexpected changes. At times, these experiences can feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, gain new perspectives, and develop tools to move forward with confidence.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the core of my approach. I believe counseling should be a personalized and empowering experience, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, at-risk youth, families, and individuals. I am trained in EMDR and EFIT, along with other trauma-informed modalities. While my background includes extensive training in trauma, I also work with clients addressing depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship and family dynamics, self-esteem, and life transition
