Helping each client discover the joy of feeling comfortable in their skin and knowing their purpose in life is my passion. It is my goal to thoughtfully and compassionately tailor wellness solutions to each client’s unique needs. I founded MYNDFL with expert resources and evidence-based practices to support you and incorporate into your wellness solutions. This may involve Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Talk therapy, Breath and Somatic work. I also offer support for overcoming substance abuse issues.
With me, success comes from the integration of Person Centered, Family Systems, Ketamine-Assisted and Trauma Informed therapeutic approaches. Listening with multicultural competence is a priority. You will find yourself in an environment that is relaxed, judgment-free, genuine and unconditionally supportive so you feel welcomed, seen and heard.
