" I specialize in working with couples, families and individuals, in addition to working with teens and adolescents. I believe the foundation of therapy is to develop a safe and trusting relationship. Because each client is unique and has their own story, I strive to understand my clients in the context of their psychological, physical and spiritual background. Together we will create a treatment plan that is tailored to meet your needs, hopes and desired goals.
My passion is working with teens, individuals,families and couples. In addition to my diverse experience working with clients, I have been married for 33 years and am the mother of 3. These life experiences are helpful in bringing a level of understanding and insight to my clients. My approach is client centered and strengths based.
I specialize in working with individuals couples and families that have experienced Trauma, PTSD and Family Relational issues. I often incorporate Mindfulness and Somatic work with my clients. I am EMDR Certified and an approved Clinical Supervisor of LMFT and LPC interns. Other treatment modalities utilized are: Trauma Informed Parenting, Mindfulness CBT.
