I believe in taking a holistic approach to help clients grow and flourish. I provide services to individuals of all ages. I work frequently with survivors of trauma and abuse, including those who are in or recovering from high-control relationships. Those suffering from anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and difficulties adjusting can find a safe place to heal in my office. I have a rich understanding of the complex nature of PTSD. I am a certified Christian counselor, a practicing Catholic, and will work with all denominations to explore any spiritual concerns. I love helping people become the person they are called to be!
I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Therapy is a great place to also explore our history of attachment traumas and to identify new and healthy ways to engage in the important relationships in our lives.
I also offer group therapy services in the form of therapeutic tabletop gaming, a new and fun way to work through personal difficulties via therapeutic play and have a sense of connection and support with others!
