I have over 30 years of experience with children, and adults that are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, assertiveness issues and self-doubt. Clients that are looking to benefit from counseling through CBT and eco-therapy, which help individuals cope with the stressors of life, trauma and the hardships that come with just living, will be able to improve from counseling therapy with me. Besides therapy for children and teenagers, I offer parent education for children dealing with emotional regulation difficulties, autism and ADHD.
I believe in the power of self and nature to help cope with stress, anxiety, trauma and depression. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, eco-therapy and reality therapy for anxiety, developing assertiveness and overcoming trauma.
