We are wired to need connection with others from our earliest years, yet our closest relationships can become strained due to life's difficulties. I believe we can find relief from these problems by discovering our strengths, learning about our core needs and how those impact our emotions, and improving our interactional patterns with those we are in relationships with.
I work primarily with couples and families, but also individuals, to overcome their problems by understanding and addressing their needs and emotions through EFT. Once we identify the role needs and emotions play in how people interact in their relationships, we improve upon these interactions by learning new ways to ask for these needs to be met.
