My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I work integratively, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.
