Sharain Stith is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2016. Sharain understands that life can be hard and will come with many challenges that we are not always prepared to face. It is important to have a support system to assist us with maintaining a sense of emotional resiliency, moral reasoning, and the restoration of a sense of hope when life’s burdens are too hard to carry on our own. Depression, anxiety, and conflict in relationships will catch us by surprise but there are coping skills that can be our bridge over troubled waters.
Sharain has worked with teens to adults of various ages, who have dealt with a plethora of mental/emotional/behavioral health issues. She offers a safe place for clients to express their feelings and leans towards CBT & Solution Focused Therapy. However, each client has the opportunity to decide what form of therapy will be best for them.
