Connection matters! Whether you are dealing with adjustments in life, marriage struggles, career struggles, anxiety, depression, overwhelming life stress, or childhood trauma; navigating these difficulties can feel very lonely. My strengths are in helping clients heal from the hurt of their past, find connection and healing in marriage even if there have been great hurts, and assist individuals who feel trapped in destructive relationships and trapped in negative self-belief. My hope is that my clients discover true connection, in place of their pain or struggle, that allows them to fully embrace their uniqueness.
I operate my practice as one who has endured their own life's pain and found hope and healing. My training in EMDR can help those suffering from trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. In addition, I have extensive experience working with couples to restore what has been broken and fortify the weaknesses that will allow for a lifelong relationship.
