I work with women, men, college age and teens on relationships, divorce, blended families, school issues, parenting, self esteem, anxiety, ADHD, OCD & depression. I specialize in helping working professionals, teens, college students, children 8 and up, parents and grandparents for those who have been impacted by divorce, loss, relationship difficulties, family issues, trauma, college difficulties, school issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, families of addicts, blended families & with single parents.

I have 20 years of experience in education as a school counselor and teacher, with students from K-12 and 3 years experience in private practice with all ages. I have a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Masters in Counseling and a Bachelors in Communication. I have a blended family of my own and four children. I would like to help you achieve wellness.
