Is your 2026 starting off as a recovery from the emotional roller coaster of 2025? Do you or your teen often feel on edge, disconnected, or unsure how to relax? These feelings can stem from trauma—sometimes carried through generations. I help adults and teens regulate their nervous systems, heal attachment wounds, and reconnect with who they truly are. My approach blends evidence-based therapy, somatic work, and creative expression to help you feel safe, grounded, and empowered to live with more clarity and calm. Together, we slow down and notice sensations, emotions, and patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
I work with adults and teens who are navigating emotional overwhelm. I integrate talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga-inspired movement, and energy work to support mind-body-spirit healing. My goal is to help clients build emotional awareness and body-based coping skills.
Sessions may include breathwork, journaling, or art to deepen self-awareness. For teens, therapy builds emotional regulation, identity confidence, and communication skills. My goal is to create a safe space for curiosity, growth, and reconnection to your whole self.
CO LPCC and GA APC under clinical supervision of Jamie Hall, LPC, CPCS.
