I am a relational therapist and value the connections I make with clients. I specialize in treating childhood trauma, domestic violence, OCD, anxiety and depression. I utilize exposure techniques to retrain the brain, and somatic techniques for stress and trauma. I also work really well in conflict resolution amongst families and couples due to my ability to be quite productive in high pressure. The goal here is to confront patterns and dynamics that interfere with your quality of life. This is a process that will call you to be present and committed. My practice helps clients with various challenges including trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I assist with inner-child healing, compulsions, intrusive thoughts, conflict and emotional regulation by providing person-centered treatment. I utilize the Humanistic approach along with modalities including ERP, DBT, Somatic work, and EMDR.
This is a very warm and personable space. This is also a judgement free zone, as we are all human and figuring out life for the first time. Therapy is self-maintenance. I intend for my sessions to be very nourishing, tailored to you and your needs. Let’s get you started.
