Welcome! Healing is a process that is unique to each of us. I bring an eclectic approach to therapy in order to help you find the healing path that best fits you and your needs. As a therapist, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is critical to assisting you in being able to create the life you most want. You will find a non-judgmental safe space in which you are welcome as the person you are and the person you hope to be. One of the worst feelings anyone can experience is feeling alone or isolated in their struggles. Here, you will find a supportive space offering compassion and partnership to create peace and stability.
I specialize in treating LGBTQIA+ folx, providing identity-affirming care, and work with polyamorous relationships. I am trauma-informed and work with veterans, first responders, teenagers, and adults who live with a variety of struggles that can include PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, chronic health conditions, and life transitions.
You will find that my core belief is no one is a diagnosis, we all live with different struggles.
