I am a Licensed Professional Counselor deeply committed to supporting adults navigating the complexities of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life challenges. I draw from a blend of empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices to foster healing and resilience in every individual I work with. My passion lies in creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with the tools they need to overcome challenges and thrive in their lives.
I earned my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University. During my program, I gained experience working with a diverse client population with various concerns. I utilize treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and person-centered therapy.
