I have worked with adolescent and adult clients for over 7 years. I have been able to adequately assist clients with conquering depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, communication issues, and relationship problems.
My counseling approach is a customized, empathetic approach, catered towards ensuring the best individualized services (Telehealth) are provided. My counseling style reflects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused, and Brainspotting techniques.
