Hi I’m Shantila. I know Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like you’re carrying more than anyone realizes. I draw from evidence based approaches that include; Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Theory, Eye Moment Desensitization and Reprocessing , Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, and Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
