About
Let’s be honest, as if life isn’t challenging enough, the last 2 years has thrown everyone for a loop. Depression may have you feeling lost & alone, trauma & anxiety may be making the day-to-day even harder than ever. The good news is...you DO NOT have to go through this, or any of your challenges, alone. I believe everyone has within them the tools needed to grow, heal & overcome obstacles. We can work together to help you tap into your inner strength and move you from surviving, to thriving.
I work with adults 18+ using a holistic approach to address the needs of the whole person-body, mind and spirit. My clinical training in social work, psychology, human behavior, therapeutic and integrative interventions combined with my personal experience give me tools and insight to help you develop the skills to reclaim your life.
Life can be so difficult and full of challenges, yet so beautiful when we're able to truly live it. At Shanti Wellness I will walk beside you on your journey to finding solutions, personal strength and cultivating wellness from the inside out.
