Whether you are working through harmful experiences or working through the complications of every day experiences, I am dedicated to supporting you in your journey. Together, we will explore your strengths and use them to reach your spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, and social goals. I am committed to assisting adults, couples, families, children and adolescence, individually or in the context of a family setting.
I specialize in treating children/adolescence from an attachment perspective and addressing parenting issues including coping with mental health challenges. I am certified in Child Parent Psychotherapy and am trained in other trauma informed evidence based practices that allows me to effectively work with children, adolescence, and adults exposed to trauma.
