In addition to psychotherapy, I offer instruction in meditation and mindfulness techniques. I also offer hypnotherapy, which has proven to be very effective with a variety of disorders. My unique approach integrates psychological, philosophical and spiritual concepts to "custom fit" each client with the most effective treatment.
My specialty is helping adults to understand their personal history and the connection to the challenges they currently face. With this valuable information, I assist clients in transcending apparent barriers to the life they truly desire. In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer life coaching services.
