I believe in people's ability to heal and grow after difficult experiences. However, it can be hard to know where to start, who to trust, or what might be helpful. Maybe you experience depression or anxiety, suffer from the consequences of trauma and chronic pain, or would like to repair and strengthen your romantic relationship. Regardless of your life’s journey and obstacles, treatment can help! As a trauma specialist with a holistic and integrative approach, I utilize evidence-based treatments (the gold standard), while also incorporating mindfulness, gentle movement, and encouraging lifestyle interventions when appropriate.
I specialize in whole-health trauma recovery and, for two decades, I've worked with individuals and couples from many backgrounds, including combat Veterans, SOF community, and first responders, as well as individuals healing from sexual abuse or assault, childhood abuse, interpersonal violence, and grief and loss.
Everybody’s process is different, so we take an individualized approach to your healing either through EMDR, IFS, CPT, PE, or PE-PC (a brief exposure therapy). For those who are ready, I also provide 3-day intensive therapy sessions for individuals and couples counseling.
