I teach vital tools to use in everyday life such as stress and anger management, coping skills, and the recognization of thought patterns that may affect your behaviors and emotions.
I began counseling clients of all ages in 2018. I have gained experience within private practice as well as within inpatient/outpatient substance use and mental health facilities. I facilitate a healing, judgement free environment. My therapeutic approaches are customized to fit the need of the individual, couple or family.
