Hello and welcome. I am your preferred therapist Shanon Thompson, LPC, NBCC. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals for therapy. I utilize CBT techniques and use a client centered approach. I have worked with a wide age range of clients in the community, virtual, and private practice settings. I have experience with clients who have challenges with anxiety, depression, stress, ADD, ADHD, anger management, addiction, bipolar, couples therapy, phobias, self harm, grief, trauma, etc.
