I work with preteens, teens, young adults, and parents to create a supportive environment to explore what is going on and the next steps to feeling better. My goal is to help clients feel better, strengthen coping skills, navigate life’s challenges, and build confidence with greater ease.
Experience supporting clients affected by anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem challenges, bullying, life transitions, grief, and trauma. All sessions are tailored to the client's needs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
