Welcome! I am a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Owner/Founder of Trauma Dump LLC and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Candidate who is fiercely passionate about supporting individuals on their journey in healing from trauma, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss and life transitional stressors. My approach is warm, bubbly, authentic and non-judgmental.
I am Yale-trained and have extensive experience in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with past trauma that may be impacting emotions and behaviors in the present. I also love supporting clients in developing a healthier relationship with food and their bodies using an anti-diet and body-neutral approach.
I am proudly aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES) and provide LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming care. I use a blend of evidence-based treatment modalities to support the unique strengths of each client, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
