My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. My areas of focus include mental health, substance use, trauma, personal growth, stress management, adjustment and life transitions, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. Using a strengths-based approach to help you see yourself as the strong and wonderful person you are.
