I specialize in eating disorders, dissociative disorders & complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our bodies hold deep wisdom but for many, as a result of trauma, emotional and physical distress, and systemic oppression, to name a few, the connection to this wisdom has been disrupted and damaged. I will meet you where ever you are at in the process as we learn to listen to what your body and story hold.
In my work eating disorders, I am rooted in Health at Every Size®, weight inclusivity, and non-diet approaches. I work from a trauma-informed, body-based (somatic) and specialize in complex trauma and dissociative disorders. My work is informed by relational psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, narrative therapy, and attachment theory.
