My name is Shannon and I enjoy working with individuals and couples longing to improve their connection to themselves and each other.
I view mental health from an attachment lens and take a collaborative approach to therapy. I seek to help people identify and understand their strategies of connection and protection that are not longer working, in order to move into a whole-hearted and integrated way of being. Processing and healing old wounds allows for new growth.
Although, therapy can be hard work, it not always serious business. While there may be tears, there will also be laughter.
