My mission is to create a space where all clients feel welcome and safe enough to share freely without fear of judgment, and to equip clients with tools and resources to overcome daily challenges and build healthier connections with themselves and others. My specialty includes trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My aim is to offer a humanistic and trauma-focused approach to growth and healing. Taking the first step toward recovery and healing is HARD. I am here to help you navigate that.
My specialty includes trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My aim is to offer a humanistic and trauma-focused approach to growth and healing. I offer a trauma-focused approach and utilize modalities such as IFS, DBT, and EMDR
I am not your traditional psychotherapist. I meet people where they are in life and walk alongside them as they grow and implement change in their lives. I seek to empower clients to show up authentically and will do the same. I work to ensure clients feel safe enough without the fear of judgment.
