As a therapist, I believe in meeting people where they are. I strive to create a supportive space where you can safely explore who you are, reflect on life experiences, and grow in ways that feel true to you. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so our work together will honor your unique path. My approach is person-centered, and I also draw from other evidence-based practices including somatic work, CBT, and DBT. Whether we’re working on coping skills, identity exploration, or healing from trauma, I’ll be alongside you offering support, guidance, and collaboration.
My experience lies in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma (including generational and religious trauma), LGBTQ+ identity development, and other emotional experiences. I’m passionate about seeing the whole person and helping individuals build lives that feel authentic and meaningful.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Bridgewater State University, and my practice is deeply rooted in social work values especially those of advocacy and seeing each person within the context of their environment and community. If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’d be honored to work with you.
