Compassion and humor are what you will experience in my office. My clients range from 15 years old - 75 years old, with a wide array of concerns. Some related to communication, grief, family relationships, anxiety, depression, conflict management, self-esteem, negative self-talk, burnout, trauma, and stress. I specialize in EMDR and work from a trauma informed and attachment science perspective, creating a de-shaming environment. My MA in Counseling and certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy have equipped me to effectively and compassionately work with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I am an AAMFT approved supervisor.

I utilize evidence based approaches and work from an attachment science and trauma informed place. My primary modalities include Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and a little Internal Family Systems. I will help you develop effective coping skills, communication strategies, conflict management approaches, and better understand yourself and others.

All behavior makes sense. I create a space that is very de-shaming, helping clients to better understand themselves and how life has shaped them into the person they are today, while instilling hope in their ability to change. While our past informs the present, today informs the future. There is hope and you do not have to walk this journey alone.
